Sofia Vergara trying to block sale of hacked 'personal' photos

“Personal” photos of stunning actress Sofia Vergara have been put up for sale after being allegedly stolen from her fiancé Nick Loeb’s BlackBerry.

The sexy pictures, which we’re told are personal in nature but are not nude images, were somehow hacked or stolen from Loeb’s phone before the couple got engaged in July.

Sources exclusively tell us the pictures of “Modern Family” beauty Vergara were put up for sale by a mystery seller in Delray Beach, Fla.

One said, “The photos show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing. But her management team are doing their best to make sure they do not become public.”

It is not known how the pictures, in which we are told Vergara “looks fantastic,” were accessed from 36-year-old Loeb’s phone, but another source tells us the businessman has been telling friends he had lost his BlackBerry.

But — before her fans get too excited — the photos of TV’s highest-paid actress are highly unlikely to become public. The first source said, “Sofia’s legal and management team have been aggressive about taking them off the market.”

Reps for both Vergara and Loeb, who have been dating since 2010 and got engaged at her Mexican birthday celebration in July, didn’t get back to us last night. The couple are in New York and Vergara — in an eye-popping black mini-dress — made a brief appearance yesterday at artist Domingo Zapata’s show at the Bowery Hotel.

Colombian-born beauty Vergara, who plays Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on “Modern Family,” was recently declared the top-earning actress on TV, raking in $19 million last year, according to Forbes.

The Emmy-nominated actress has her own production company, a clothing line at Kmart and numerous endorsement deals, including Pepsi and L’Oreal. She is also in talks for multiple movie roles and has also become an investor in Loeb’s Onion Crunch company.

Eva Longoria and her athlete boyfriend Mark Sanchez have called it quits.

The 37-year-old actress and the 25-year-old New York Jets professional American football player split after spending just months together.

A representative for Mark confirms that the pair broke up amicably.

"Mark adores and respects Eva," the rep told Us Weekly magazine.

"It really was about scheduling more than anything else. They will remain close friends."

Apparently the former couple are still on great terms.

Eva and Mark agree that their relationship didn’t work primarily because of conflicting agendas.

"There was no drama," a source told the publication.

"They just have completely different schedules and lifestyles."

Eva started dating Mark a month after her split from Eduardo Cruz in June.

The former Desperate Housewives star has two failed marriages behind her, divorcing General Hospital star Tyler Christopher in 2004. Eva married Tony Parker in 2007, but filed for divorce when the San Antonio Spurs star cheated on her.

Newlywed Anne Hathaway will donate money from wedding photos to marriage equality campaign

In September, actress Anne Hathaway celebrated her wedding day with longtime partner Adam Shulman. The 29-year-old actress, who starred in this summer's blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises and who is featured in this winter's big-screen adaptation of Les Misérables, enjoyed a private wedding with family members and friends in Big Sur, California.

Now, Hathaway is doing her part to ensure that same-sex couples across the country can enjoy a fairytale wedding like hers; this week, she announced that she'll be donating some of the sales from her wedding photographs to non-profits advocating for marriage for same-sex couples, including Freedom to Marry. Reports also indicate that she'll be splitting the profits between groups like the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and The Girl Effect.

The donation from the sales of her wedding photos is the latest way that Hathaway has taken a stand for the freedom to marry. In 2008, she talked publicly for the first time about her brother, who is gay, and explained that their relationship has compelled her to advocate as an ally to the LGBT community. In 2008 she was awarded the Human Rights Campaign's Ally Award and gave a rousing speech about the importance of acceptance of LGBT people. She said, "I don't consider myself just an ally to the LGBT community, I consider myself your family. And so, I'm doing what we should all do with our families - I'm loving you, I support you, I completely accept you as you are, as I hope you do me, and if anyone ever tries to hurt you, I'm going to give them hell."

Most recently, Hathaway and Shulman have been serving as members of our National Honorary Host Committee for our National Engagement Party, which wrapped on Saturday, October 13 and raised a total of $500,000 for Freedom to Marry's Win More States Fund, 100% of which is strategically channeled into the four states - Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington - where marriage is on the ballot on Election Day.

We thank Hathaway adn Shulman for their support and appreciate their decision to take the opportunity of their nuptials to speak out about why marriage matters.

Cameron Diaz has claimed that she never went off the rails because wild partying and drug taking never seemed "interesting" to her.

The 40-year-old actress explained that although she has been tempted to engage in the excesses of Hollywood, she has always restrained herself.

She told the new issue of Esquire: "It just wasn't interesting for me. There's more I want out of life.

"Not to say I didn't go through my phases, but any time I was in danger of any of that, I was like, 'Come on Cameron, that's not who you are'. There's so much to gain by not doing that stuff."

Elsewhere, Diaz, who earns a reported $20 million per movie, added that she still cleans her own toilet.

She said: "I think your foundation is your foundation. I work as hard as it takes. That's the essence of who I am.

"So for me, I'm not thinking, 'Hmm, what is it like to do that?' I already know.

"And I'll jump into it at any time. I can scrub my own toilet. And I can scrub it against the best scrubbers of toilets. We can do a scrub-off!"
